    • Remove and reinstall four wheels to inspect brake condition, front brakes pads are at 3mm, front brake rotors measured at left side 24.91mm, right side 24.69mm minimum thickness is specs on front brake rotors is 23mm.
    • Checked and topped off engine fluid levels, checked and adjusted tire pressures. Engine air filter is dirty, cabin air filter is reccomended also recommend wiper blade replacement and 3-tires with alignment.
    • Replace front brake pads, machine front brake rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Road test vehicle.

    • INSPECTED ENGINE COOLANT AND NOTICE NO COOLANT ON VEHICLE. TOP OF COOLANT AND PRESSURE TEST COOLANT SYSTEM AND DID NOT FIND ANY LEAKS. AND TESTED THE VEHICLES FAN AND NOTICE THEY WHERE OPERATING PROPERLY COMMAND THEM WITH SCANNER TO SEE THE SPEEDS OF THE FAN WORKING PROPERLY. DID NOTICE VEHICLE WAS STARTING TO OVER HEAT AND ENDED UP PERFORMING A BLOCK TEST TO VERIFY IF HEAD GASKETS WHERE BLOWN ONCE TESTED COOLANT SYSTEM IT IMMEDIATELY FAILED THE BLOCK TEST CONFIRMING THAT ENGINE HAS BLOWN HEAD GASKET ALSO DID NOTICE THAT COOLANT SYSTEM HOSES ARE MIXED WITH OIL AND WATER.

    • Checked and topped off engine fluid levels, checked and adjusted tire pressures
    • Removed and replaced radiator assembly road test vehicle and monitor temps, Found temp not exceeding 202 degrees fan no longer running at max. Advise customer due to radiator condition other cooling system concerns may be present, water pump, tstat etc.
    • Upon inspection found incorrect coolant in vehicle, green installed and vehicle requires motor craft gold, Inspect hoses and clamps. Pressure test cooling system. Flush engine, radiator, and heater core in both directions. Bring antifreeze to -35 degrees. PH balance coolant to between 9.8 to 10.5. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation.
    • Verify concern monitor coolant temp while driving noted fans on at full command and temp rising up to 220 degrees. Installed coolant dye and inspect spark plug for coolant none noted, perform block test passed. Test temp of inlet and outlet hoses of radiator found extreme temp difference. Advise customer need to start with radiator then retest

PRESSURE TEST SHOWED RADIATOR STARTING TO LEAK, COOLANT HOSES ARE DUE FOR REPLACEMENT, REPLACE THERMOSTAT, COOLING FAN IS WEAK AND NOT WORKING AS DESIGN. AIR FILTER IS RESTRICTED OF FLOW, NO HISTORY OF SPARK PLUG REPLACEMENT, SUSPENSION HAS PLAY DUE TO UPPER AND LOWER BALL JOINT HAVING EXCESS PLAY, ALSO THE FRONT AND REAR SHOCKS ARE WEAK. CUSTOMER DECLINE REPAIRS AT THIS TIME
