    • INSPECTED AND CONFIRMED NOISE COMING FROM LOWER ENGINE COVER MISSING CLIPS AND DRAGGING ON FLOOR AN FLAPPING WITH WIND, SECURED SPLASH SHIELD WITH MISSING CLIPS.
