- Checked and topped off engine fluid levels, checked and adjusted tire pressures, both batteries failed load test, recommend engine oil and filter replacement with fuel filters, left rear tail lamp is broken.
- P252F ENGINE OIL LEVEL TOO HIGH INSPECT ENGINE OIL LEVEL AND CONFIRMED IS TOO HIGH AND SMELLS LIKE DIESEL FUEL, BOTH VALVE COVERS AND GLOW PLUGS NEED TO BE REMOVED TO INSPECT FUEL RAILS AND INJECTORS AND HIGH PRESSURE INJECTION PUMP FOR LEAKS
- INSPECTION WITH CERTIFICATION
- REMOVE BOTH VALVE COVER FROM ENGINE, INSPECTED FUEL INJECTOR LINES AND CRANKED ENGINE A COUPLE OF TIMES TO TEST FOR FUEL LEAKS. DIDN'T SEE ANY FUEL LEAKS FROM FUEL INJECTOR LINES, AFTER INSPECTING FUEL INJECTOR FEED LINES REMOVED ALL GLOW PLUGS AND DISABLED ALL INJECTORS TO KEEP PRESSURE IN SYSTEM, INSPECTED AND FOUND GLOW PLUGS WET WITH FUEL MORE NOTICEABLE IN CYLINDER #7. INSPECTED FOR FUEL LEAKS BY CRANKING ENGINE A COUPLE OF TIMES TO SEE IF INJECTORS ARE LEAKING INTERNAL AND NOTICE FUEL INJECTORS LEAKING CYL #7 IS SPRAYING MORE. SUG FUEL INJECTORS SUG FUEL INJECTOR LINES SUG VALVE COVER GASKET SUG OIL CHANGE SUG GLOW PLUGS TIPS ARE SLIGHTLY BURNED. SUG HIGH PRESSURE PUMP POSSIBLE INTERNAL FUEL LEAK AND WORN OUT. ONCE WORK PERFORM WILL HAVE TO TEST DRIVE TO SEE IF HIGH PRESSURE PUMP IS OPERATING PROPERLY AND IS NOT ALSO THE CAUSE OF FUEL LEAKING INTERNAL ON ENGINE OIL.
- REMOVED AND REPLACED FUEL INJECTOR AND INJECTOR FUEL LINE IN CYLINDER #7, CLEANED AND REINSTALLED BOTH VALVE COVERS WITH NEW GASKETS, REMOVED AND REPLACED ALL GLOW PLUGS AND BOTH GLOW PLUG WIRE HARNESSES. DRAINED ENGINE OIL AND COOLANT RE FILLED WITH NEW OIL AND COOLANT, INSTALLED NEW FUEL FILTER AND NEW OIL FILTER, RE FILLED ENGINE WITH OIL AND COOLANT, STARTED ENGINE PERFORMED REGENERATION TEST DROVE TO CONFIRM REPAIRS.
