- INSPECTED MANIFOLDS AND ARE OK, EXHAUST MANIFOLD GASKET APPEARED TO BE LEAKING, GASKETS WILL BE REPLACED UPON ENGINE REPLACEMENT.
- PER CUSTOMERS REQUEST REPLACE ENGINE WITH CUSTOMER SUPPLIED PARTS CHECK AND ADVISE
- DRAINED ALL FLUIDS FROM OLD ENGINE REMOVED ENGINE FROM VEHICLE, REMOVED INTAKE MANIFOLD, VALVE COVERS, TIMING COVER, ENGINE OIL PAN, FRONT COOLANT OUTLET, WASHED ALL COMPONENTS, INSTALLED ONTO REPLACEMENT ENGINE WITH GASKETS PROVIDED IN INSTALL KIT, INSTALLED NEW SPARK PLUGS, WATER PUMP, THERMOSTAT, HOSES AND NEW OIL COOLER, COOLER DID NOT COME WITH OIL PRESSURE SENSOR OR COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR, BOTH SENSORS REPLACED, INSTALLED NEW OIL FILTER PROVIDED IN INSTALL KIT, INSTALLED NEW SERPENTINE DRIVE BELT IDLERS AND NEW SERPENTINE DRIVE BELT, INSTALLED REPLACEMENT ENGINE INTO VEHICLE, FILLED ENGINE WITH NEW ENGINE OIL AND COOLANT, CRANKED ENGINE OVER WITHOUT STARTING TO PRIME OILING SYSTEM, STARTED ENGINE LET IDLE FOR ABOUT A MINUTE, INSPECTED FOR LEAKS NO LEAKS PRESENT, STARTED ENGINE MONITORED TEMPERATURE AND OIL PRESSURE ALL IS OK. TEST DROVE VEHICLE RE INSPECTED AND ALL IS OK.
- CUSTOMER TO PROVIDE RE-MANUFACTURED ENGINE WITH INSTALL KIT, NO WARRANTY ON CUSTOMER SUPPLIED PARTS
- INTAKE MANIFOLD IS A 2- PIECE MANIFOLD, CLEANED BOTH PIECES, INSPECTED AND ARE OK TO BE INSTALLED.
- AFTER DRIVING THE VEHICLE FOR 40 MILES RE INSPECTED AND FOUND REAR MAIN SEAL LEAKING CUSTOMER WAS ADVISED AND HE STARTED A CLAIM WITH HIS WARRANTY

We will need a copy of an RO and the vendor part receipt to cover the part Have a wonderful day! Warranty only covers $50 an hour and will only pay cost on parts customer will need to pay for difference. Potential pay out from warranty is $488.64 OGC 1866 417 9237 5/31/2024 12:28PM CHECKING STATUS warranty to pay $800.00 for labor and $50 for fluids and $119.62 for seal. Total warranty is paying $969.62
- REMOVED TRANSMISSION FROM VEHICLE, REMOVED LEAKING REAR MAIN SEAL, INSTALLED NEW REAR MAIN SEAL WITH COVER, CLEANED OFF OIL RESIDUE FROM AFFECTED AREAS, RE INSTALLED ALL COMPONENTS REMOVED.
