- Checked and topped off engine fluid levels, checked and adjusted tire pressures. RECOMMEND FRONT BRAKES. FRONT BRAKE ROTORS. REAR BRAKES. LOWER ENGINE TORQUE MOUNT. THERMOSTAT AND GASKET. COOLANT FLUSH. LOWER CONTROL ARMS (TORN BUSHINGS). THROTTLE BODY SERVICE. CABIN AIR FILTER. SPARK PLUGS. TRANSMISSION SERVICE. WIPER BLADES.
- Inspect hoses and clamps. Pressure test cooling system. Flush engine, radiator, and heater core in both directions. Bring antifreeze to -35 degrees. PH balance coolant to between 9.8 to 10.5. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation. Chec
- LIFT VEHICLE. REMOVED RH LOWER ENGINE TORQUE MOUNT. INSTALL NEW TORQUE ENGINE MOUNT.
- REMOVED GLOVE BOX TO GAINED ACCESS TO CABIN AIR FILTER. REPLACED CABIN AIR FILTER.
- REMOVED LOWER BALL JOINTS FROM KNUCKLES. REMOVED LOWER CONTROL ARMS. INSTALL NEW CONTROL ARMS WITH NEW BALL JOINTS.
- REMOVED UNDERCARRIAGE COVER. (BUMPER AREA). REMOVED LOWER RADIATOR HOSE. REMOVED THERMOSTAT HOUSING AND GASKET. INSTALL NEW THERMOSTAT AND NEW GASKET. RE-INSTALL LOWER HOSE. RE-INSTALL ALL RELATED COMPONENTS.
- Replace Rotors, Pack Front Bearings When Applicable And Replace Pads
- Turn Rotors And Replace Brake Pads
