- Road test vehicle. Check all suspension and steering parts for wear. Check tire pressure and condition. Check riding height. Check alignment of all four wheels. Adjust caster, camber, toe-in, and thrust angle as needed on all four wheels. Center steering wheel
- Replace rear brake pads and machine rear brake rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Road test vehicle.
- Checked and topped off engine fluid levels, checked and adjusted tire pressures UPON INSPECTION FOUND: *WIPER BLADES ALL 3 * VALVE COVERS SWEATING *HIGH PRESSURE POWER STEERING HOSE LEAKING, RACK-PUMP LEAK 7/10 *RACK AND PINION LEAK 3/10 TRANSMISSION OIL PAN SWEATING 4/10 * CABIN AIR FILTER * AIR FILTER * STRUT ASSEMBLY FRONT AND REAR OVER 100K MILES. (RECOMMEND) * MOTOR MOUNTS CRACKING, CLOSE TO TEARING. * FRONT TIRES – 9/32NDS REAR TIRES – 8/32NDS FRONT PADS 8MM REAR PADS 3MM- GOING TO CHANGE
- Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.
