- Checked and topped off engine fluid levels, checked and adjusted tire pressures, front brakes are at 3mm, rear brakes are at 5mm, brake fluid is dirty, front tires are at 2/32nds, rear tires are at 8/32nds, rear shocks are leaking and won out.
- ROAD TEST VEHICLE VERIFIED NOISE, RAISED VEHICLE ON RACK AND PIN POINTED NOISE AND COMING FROM INSIDE TRANSMISSION, TEAR DOWN OR REPLACEMENT OF TRANSMISSION IS RECOMMENDED.
- Replace front brake pads, machine front brake rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Road test vehicle. WARRANTY ON BRAKES IS 1 YEAR OR 12,000 MILES
- Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.
- DRAINED TRANSMISSION FLUID, REFILLED WITH NEW FLUID, STARTED ENGINE TO REACH OPERATING TEMPERATURE, INSPECTED AND ADJUSTED TRANSMISSION FLUID LEVEL AT OPERATING TEMPERATURE, ROAD TEST VEHICLE INTERNAL NOISE FOR TRANSMISSION IS STILL PRESENT, CUSTOMER WAS ADVISED.
