- Checked and topped off engine fluid levels, checked and adjusted tire pressures, Rear differential cover has dried gear oil residue, front differential cover is wet. Filters, tires, belts ok.
- Inspect entire system for leaks, Front Brakes at ( 3 MM ) Front brake rotors have heat cracks and heat spots, recommend front brake pads and rotors. Rear Brakes at ( 5 MM ) Recommend rear brake pads and resurface brake rotors.
- Supported front differential, lower front differential assembly to clear differential cover, drained gear oil, removed cover, Remove old gasket material, cleaned and inspect internals and reassemble with new gasket. Install new fluid to proper levels. Road test vehicle for proper operation.
- Remove cover. Remove old gasket material, drain old fluid, inspect internals and reassemble with new gasket. Install new fluid to proper levels. Road test vehicle for proper operation.
- Replace front brake pads, front brake rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Road test vehicle. WARRANTY ON BRAKES IS 1 YEAR OR 12,000 MILES
- Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.
- Replace rear brake pads and machine rear brake rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Road test vehicle. WARRANTY ON BRAKES IS 1 YEAR OR 12,000 MILES
