- Checked and topped off engine fluid levels, checked and adjusted tire pressures, right rear brakes are at 2mm, left rear brakes are at 8mm, recommend rear brakes, clean and lubricate brake caliper slides, exhaust manifolds missing bolts and are leaking, engine has internal noise, front wheel bearings noisy, inner and outer tie rods have play, engine mounts are collapsed, engine is leaking oil, recommend pressure washing engine adding dye and re inspect to pin point cause of oil leaks.
- INSPECTED AND CONFIRMED LEAK COMING FROM TRANSFER CASE, CLEANED OFF AREA TOPPED OF TRANSFER CASE FLUID ROAD TEST VEHICLE RE INSPECTED AND FOUND REAR COVER ON TRANSFER CASE HAS PIN HOLE AND FLUID ID LEAKING FROM PIN HOLE, REAR TRANSFER CASE COVER NEEDS REPLACEMENT AND OR REPLACEMENT OF TRANSFER CASE ASSEMBLY PER MILES. PER CUSTOMERS REQUEST ATTEMPT TO SLOW DOWN LEAK WITH JB WELD, NO WARRANTIES ON REPAIR, CUSTOMER WAS ADVISED
- DRAIN AND FILL OIL. REPLACE OIL FILTER . CHECK AND TOP OFF ALL FLUIDS AS NEEDED
- ROTATE TIRES FRONT TO BACK, SET TIRE PRESSURE TO FACTORY SPECS. TORQUE LUGS BOLTS TO FACTORY SPECS, FRONT BRAKES ARE AT 8mm, REAR BRAKES AT 3mm. Right rear brakes are at 3mm, left rear brakes are at 7mm.
- Replace rear brake pads and machine rear brake rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Road test vehicle. WARRANTY ON BRAKES IS 1 YEAR OR 12,000 MILES
